<\/a><\/p>\nWhat comes to your mind when you look at this photo?\u00a0 The topics of Jesus Christ and the cross can be so polarizing.\u00a0 I drive by this enormous cross at least four times a day and the sheer size of it brings to my mind, most often, one word:\u00a0 POWER.\u00a0 Power over death.\u00a0 Power over sin so sin cannot win.\u00a0 The power of resurrection.<\/p>\n
The events of that Resurrection Sunday more than 2,000 years ago mean that what Jesus said about Himself was true.\u00a0 The dead man who was resurrected said\u2026 \u201cI am the Living One.\u00a0 I was dead and behold I am alive forever and ever.\u201d\u00a0 \u201cI am the Way, The Truth and the Life.\u201d <\/em> That\u2019s some serious supernatural RESURRECTION POWER.<\/p>\n Here\u2019s the best news of all:\u00a0 that same resurrection power that brought Jesus back to life is available to each and every one of us when we choose to live in His everlasting power rather than our own limited power.\u00a0 Jesus said he\u2019ll pour out the POWER OF HIS SPIRIT on all who call on His name.<\/p>\n What areas of your life need POWER POURED IN?\u00a0 Are you feeling spiritually dead?\u00a0 Are some of your important relationships dead?\u00a0 A dead marriage?\u00a0 A dead end job or job search?\u00a0 Have your hope and passion for life been crucified?<\/p>\n This Easter season is the perfect time to lay it all down at the foot of the cross.
